The Format
How It Works
Everything you love about Survivor. Compressed into one sitting. No jungle required.
The Tribal Phase
Six strangers split into two tribes of three. Compete in challenges. Lose? Head to tribal council and vote someone out. Win? Walk away with advantages and hidden immunity idols.
The Merge
Drop your buffs. Tribal loyalties dissolve and the individual game begins. Everyone is a target. Trust nobody. Every vote counts. Alliances made at the merge rarely survive it.
Final Tribal Council
The last two players face the jury. Make your case. Own your moves. The jury decides who played the best game and crowns the Sole Survivor.

Round 1 — Pre-Merge
Fire Making Challenge
Both tribes compete in a virtual fire making challenge. Win immunity and a reward advantage for your tribe. Lose and head straight to your first tribal council.
6 Players RemainingRound 2 — Pre-Merge
Reward + Immunity Split
Two separate challenges. Win reward to earn a powerful advantage. Win immunity to stay safe. The smaller tribe can't be voted out — but losing carries a disadvantage into the merge.
5 Players RemainingThe Merge
Drop Your Buffs
Tribal phase is over. Every player for themselves. Alliances are tested. Idols become critical. The jury starts forming. One wrong move sends you to Ponderosa.
4–5 Players RemainingRounds 3–5 — Individual
Immunity or Go Home
Individual reward and immunity challenges every round. Win immunity and you're safe. Lose and your fate is in the hands of the people you've been lying to for the past hour.

Final Tribal Council
